New service: Home consult

For the homeowner who aims to sell in a few years, or simply wants to keep their home current and fresh. It’s easier to do a little over time versus one lump sum just prior to selling. Did you know a busy contractor is more expensive one? I’ll help you determine the best time of the year to hire out work so you save money.

Perhaps you are a homeowner who needs virtual staging help, or a virtual consult to decide how and what to prep.

How it works:

• A consultation call of 45 minutes or less to determine the homeowner’s objective, budget, scale and timing.

• An in-person meeting for Minneapolis/St. Paul residents, or a Zoom virtual meeting where Emily will walk your house in detail, take notes, measurements and photos.

• After the visit, Emily will prepare a Priority Plan (see attached sample). The Priority Plan will include clickable links to products, paint colors, local vendors in an order that makes sense.
